Schedule immediately after finishing your fall or spring program for the next year to secure the best time frame and turnaround times. Each child will receive a personalized catalog featuring their first and last name and feature their own artwork on the front. See sample catalog/order form here. We have also improved our order form and made it part of the individual catalog! No more hand--writing your orders! Whahoo! |

Parents LOVE their child's artwork anytime of year! Our FREE PRODUCT PROGRAM
FUNDRAISER and/or GREAT WALL OF ART TILE programs work best when an exclusive time is selected and other fundraisers do not interfere. Don't limit yourself to a certain pre-holiday delivery time. Schools should plan well in advance because our schedule times for pre-holiday delivery fill up fast.

| | Has Square 1 Art raised any prices? |

Prices the school pays Square 1 Art has NOT CHANGED. We calculate the desired profit and round parent prices to the nearest $.25. Our current price list indicates a suggested profit level of 33% except for 7 products which are affected by "rounding up" resulting in a slightly higher profit for your school.

If the art's identification header did not include a grade and teacher that matched EXACTLY the grade/teacher indicated on the manila folder tab, our system cannot read where to place it. Therefore it is placed in a "miscellaneous" grouping in our system. Once grouped for the season, it cannot be changed during the order phase so please do not overwrite the grade/teacher on the order form. THANK YOU! So if children are missing their catalogs, please look in the "MISC" package if applicable.

Send the artwork with a note to parent/s to visit and print out our RETAIL ORDER FORM. Retail orders are processed AFTER all our fall or spring program orders have been shipped. There are no exceptions. Retail order will ship to the address the parent provides on the retail order form. Order is NOT sent to the school or school coordinator. Payment and retail order is sent to us directly by the parent. It's the only way we can work with so many schools and abide as closely as possible to the scheduled delivery. We do know that parents are so happy that they didn't miss out by going the extra mile to submit their child's art with their order. |

| | Why can't I copy the order forms? |

Order forms have a specific bar codes that indicate the the artist's artwork number and the school number too. ONLY ONE ORIGINAL ORDER FORM CAN BE SUBMITTED. If parents are divorced, please COMBINE the order onto ONE original order form and note "who gets what" so the child can give the items to each parent once the custom order is delivered.

| | Do the "take home" SQUICKER packets always arrive on the DATE indicated? |

Not always! There are times that we may have to notify you of a day or two delay. This is especially true during our peak fall season times. This should not affect the order phase deadline of your program. If you have a specific "take home day" of "folder day", please ask the principal to waive this so that your date-sensitive order forms can go home. Make sure the teachers know that there is a DEADLINE on the order forms. DO continue to abide by your dates on the reservation form!

PLEASE....a big "no no". All artwork must arrive together EVEN if you decide to send it earlier than scheduled. If a child's artwork is not able to be sent with others, send it home with instructions to work with us independently using our RETAIL ORDER FORM. Prices may vary because schools often change pricing or add tax to prices.

| | Why is the artist IDENTIFICATION header section of the paper so important? |

Square 1 Art depends on accurate and legible information because catalogs are printed with the artist's name and artwork on them. The artist's name must be clearly PRINTED and the grade & teacher MUST MATCH the grade & teacher name indicated on the class folder tab. Class rosters are no longer necessary. ONE MANILA FOLDER PER GRADE & TEACHER.

The EASIEST thing to do is to print out a RETAIL ORDER FORM from our FAQ section and submit it independently with payment to Square 1 Art. We cannot provide duplicate order forms at this time.

Upload our Retail Order Form and work with us independently. Follow directions on the form and submit the completed form with your payment to Square 1 Art. Order will ship to the address provided. No specific delivery date can be promised.

| | What if a product arrives broken? |
| |
| |
Square 1 requires verification of any broken or defective product by reporting your problem to your school's coordinator. You will be asked to return product to him/her with artist's identification information and a descripton of the problem. Artist details include school name, your child's name, grade, teacher, order number and your residential shipping address. Our customer service department will respond quickly and replace the item as soon as possible. If this is a gift for a holiday, you might want to cut out a photo of the item from our catalog or from our website catalog and insert it into a special card just in case we cannot possible get the product reshipped before the holiday break to your school or home address. Your cooperation will be needed as our fall season is especially condensed and we process any problems in the order in which they are received. THANK YOU in advance for your understanding.

The only way this could happen is if you forgot to include the name in the personalization blocks on the order form or if the name indicated did not comply with the personalization directions. If personalization is not indicated in the blocks then your product will NOT be personalized. Schools are responsible for double checking order forms before sending them to S1A.

| | Only part of my child's name or picture shows on the product. |

The name or important parts of the picture were drawn too close to the edges of S1Art paper area. COLORS should go to the edges of the square area of the paper but important details at least 1" away edges. During manufacturing of your order, we have to overlap the edges of SOME products (such as tiles, keychains, framed art plaques) and if the artis'ts signature/name or important details of your child's picture is near the edge, it will be "clipped off" and not appear on the finished product. Square 1 Art cannot be held responsible for remaking products when this occurs. Note: Your free SQUICKERS (stickers) do not require us to overlap edges.

| | What do you mean by up to 15 characters for personalization? |

Our limit for personalizing is 15 characters. A character is a letter, number, punctuation mark or space! Many people forget to count the spaces between names.
We are unable to personalize items with roman numerals, picture symbols such as hearts, happy faces, stars or other symbols that are not part of a standard computer keyboard. If the personalization exceeds 15 then we reserve the right to shorten it so it fits within the necessary character limit.

| | Can I order more products from a past program? |

YES! We have artwork stored in our system from 2006 to present. Artwork from a previous season can only be ordered using the RETAIL ORDER FORM and not during a current season fundraiser. Delivery depends on the time of year the retail order form is submitted. Retails are not processed until Dec. 15 or later during fall seasons and after May 10 during spring seasons. We cannot promise delivery before major holidays. |

| | What is your policy regarding defective products? |

Any defects must be reported within 30 days of receiving your custom order. Please return the product to your program coordinator who will report and verify the problem to S1A OR send it back directly to S1A with an explanation. Include your shipping address in your explanation and your original order form (if possible). We do not provide refunds because the items are custom products and cannot be restocked.
