Where do I find my access code?Your access code is located on your custom catalog that was sent home with your free gift of Stickers. It is a unique code consisting of letters and numbers. I keep getting an error when I try to create an account?Please check to make sure you are registering with a correct access code. The access code consists of a unique combination of 9 letters and numbers. I need help creating my personal account?If you need help creating your account, we would be happy to set you up. Please click Live Chat or call us at 888.332.3294 Do I need multiple accounts for each access code/artwork?No, you do not need multiple accounts to add multiple pieces of art. That is the beauty of your own personal art gallery. You can add as many pieces of art that you would like. Look for the "find additional artwork" box located on the right portion of your screen. Add the access code in the search box and press the "find artwork" button. The artwork should now be added to your artwork gallery. How do I add additional artwork to my gallery?Look for the "find additional artwork" box located on the right portion of your screen. Enter the access code in the search box. Click the "find artwork" button. The artwork should now be added to your gallery. My artwork is upside down or sideways?If you artwork is upside down or sideways please contact Customer Care at 888.332.3294 so we can fix the artwork to ensure that it will print properly on products. How do I choose different artwork for different products?Click on the artwork, in your art gallery, that you want to order off of. Press the "start shopping" button to shop custom products with that artwork. When you want to change and shop products with a different piece of art follow the same steps. You may not check out in the same order with artwork that is in fundraiser and artwork that is out of fundraiser from a previous season/school year. Those transactions will have to be made separately. How do I share my child's artwork with family members?To share artwork with family members, click the "share artwork" button located on your gallery page. The button is located under the artwork details. Enter the recipients email address in the pop up box. Press the "send email" button. May I upload a different piece of artwork?At this time, we do not have the capability to accept images that are uploaded to our site. We are working on providing this feature in the near future. In the meantime, click HERE to view instructions on how to order from new artwork. Please include the artist's school name, so we can make sure they benefit from your order. Mail in the completed order form with the new artwork using a traceable carrier such as U.P.S. or Fed-Ex. (We do not recommend that you ship via U.S.P.S.) How do I personalize a product?Click on the image of the product. This will take you to a second screen where you can enter in your personalization text. How do I see my child's artwork on products?Click on the image of the product. This will take you to a second screen where you will see your child's image on the product. I cannot see the prices?Have you created an account? After you create an account, you will see the prices of the products. Can I place two different images on one product?At this time, we can print only one artwork per product. How do I purchase a school tile?If your child's school is participating in the tile wall option, you will have the opportunity to purchase a school tile in your artwork gallery and also upon check out. What payments do you accept?Online we accept all major credit, debit, and registered prepaid credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). On the paper order form we accept cash, checks, and money orders payable to Square 1 Art. Can I ship my order to a different address besides the school?If the artwork you are purchasing off of is in fundraiser, then the order will ship the school. If the order placed is using artwork from a previous season or school year, then you can choose to have the products ship to an address of your choice. Does my child's school/organization profit from an individual order?The school/organization does benefit from individual orders. Not as much as they do during the fundraiser. What if there is a problem with my order?Please, report any defects or issues with your order to Customer Care at 888.332.3294 within 30 days of receipt. Where do I find my Reservation Key Code/RKC?Your Reservation Key Code/RKC is located on the top of your reservation schedule and in all of the Square 1 Art reminder emails. Should you not be able to located any of these please contact us at 888.332.3294 or click Live Chat and we will be happy to look it up for you. How do I share my corner?Once you are logged into your Coordinator's Corner, look for the "Share Fundraiser" button located at the bottom of your Coordinator Menu. Click the button and enter in the recipients email address. Where do I find lesson plans and/or promotional material?Are you a coordinator? If so, you may find the artwork samples and lesson plans in the Coordinator's Corner. They are listed under "Documents/Lesson Plans" in the Coordinator's Menu. If you are not a coordinator, you will find them on our Pinterest Site. Where do I find the student access codes and/or online orders?The reports are located in your Coordinator's Corner under the menu title "Helpful Reports". Look for the Art by Class report which contains your student access codes and the Lollipop Report which shows you online orders in a live manner. Use this report to view how many online orders have been placed per access code. Will the original artwork be returned to us?Yes! Class folders of artwork are returned when either the custom order packets or products are delivered to the school. Can we use our own paper?You are allowed to glue your own 8.5” x 8.5” square art to the art paper we provided. It must be centered below the header line and attached securely. Paper cannot hang off the edges. We provide a separate sheet of art paper for each artwork. May we label the art instead of writing in student names?This is recommended. Labels must include first & last name of artist, grade, teacher, and school name. Printed text should be at least 12 point font. Affix the label over the name area of the header section. What mediums work best?Two-dimensional mediums. (Bold classic markers, heavily rendered crayons, tempera paint, or paper collage). Refer to the Art Requirements located in your Coordinator's Handbook and Coordinator's Corner. Why do we need to keep important details away from the edge?Many products require us to overlap edges and any important detail close to the edges may be partially or completely cropped off. Square 1 Art will process the artwork as submitted. Refer to Art Requirements and Signature Template documents. Why should the artist sign their artwork?Parents love seeing their child’s first name and year on the artwork. Our history shows that fundraisers are more successful when signatures appear in the proper location on the artwork. Why can't we use colored pencils?Young artists do not color heavy enough for colors to be vibrant. Colored pencil quality varies and not all provide quality blending and rendering. How do I view parent orders as they are placed online?We have a Lollipop report that we are so excited about! It is located under "Helpful Reports". It allows you to see your online orders in a live manner. It is sorted by class/grade so you may reward your buyers accordingly. You may export it to PDF or Excel. A parent lost their take home packet?Parents may still order online using their child’s access code. Login to your coordinators corner to access the student list of access codes located under Helpful Reports. Should the parent not be able to order online, they may contact Customer Care and we will provide them with paper order form. You may also download a version of the paper order form off of your coordinator’s corner online. Square1art.com/coordinator. Will divorced parents or family members be able to place orders?We can accept more than one order per child. Parents may forward their child’s access code to a friend or family member after creating an account on our website. Should the friend or family member purchase within the school’s fundraiser, all products will ship to the school organized by class and student. A packing slip that states the purchaser name(s) and product(s) will be placed in the student bag for easy organization by the parent. All orders received after the fundraiser deadline date will be processed as retail and will ship to the address provided upon check out. What types of payment do you accept?Online we accept all major credit, debit, and registered prepaid credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). On the paper order form we accept cash, checks, and money orders payable to Square 1 Art. How do I notify parents to order online as part of the fundraiser?There are easy order instructions located on every child’s custom order packet. We also provide you an email template that you can forward to parents with instructions on how to order online. May I place orders online on behalf of the parents?We recommend that you send in all parent paper order forms using the UPS label provided in your toolbox. Will you accept paper order forms as part of the fundraiser?Yes, every participant will receive a paper order form located on the back of their custom catalog along with their free set of stickers. Should the parent not be able to order online they may complete the enclosed paper order form and return it to the school by the deadline date. The coordinator is responsible for shipping in all paper order forms to Square 1 Art by the date located on their reservation schedule (School Ships Orders) using the UPS label provided in their coordinators handbook. All payments will be processed by Square 1 Art. Are all products listed on the paper order form?Due to space limitation, all products are not listed on the paper order form. However, if parents order online all products are available on our shopping website. Is personalization available on the paper order form?Yes! Personalization is available for select products on the paper order form and online. How do I handle late orders?Please refer any parents that miss the deadline to order online at www.square1art.com/shop. You may send in one batch of paper order forms according to your fundraiser schedule. Should you mail any late paper order forms into us we will enter them into our online shopping site as a retail orders. You will receive 15% profit for any late/retail orders placed after your scheduled deadline as long as you have a current fundraiser scheduled with us. (Fall fundraisers until March 1st and Spring fundraisers until Aug 1st unless you have signed up for a future fundraiser.) What payments do you accept?Online we accept all major credit, debit, and registered prepaid credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). On the paper order form we accept cash, checks, and money orders payable to Square 1 Art. What happens if the names are cut off on the products?Square 1 Art is not responsible for misplaced signatures, words or important parts of the picture. No refunds or replacements are provided for artwork that does not comply with our art requirements. Please reference the Art Requirements located in your Coordinator's Handbook and in the Coordinator's Corner. Will colors on products match the artwork exactly?Some variations should be expected. Color variances may occur due to varying product textures. Can mugs or other ceramic products be washed in the dishwasher?Hand washing is recommended. Bleach enhanced detergents and very hot water could cause fading. Cookie plates can be lightly used but do not use sharp utensils or cut on the image surface. I have questions about my order summary or profits earned?Contact Customer Care at 888-332-3294 and we would be happy to look into your inquiry. What if my school is tax exempt? Will parents have to pay tax on their order?We do not require a copy of the school or organization’s Tax Exempt form. Due to parents paying Square 1 Art directly and not the school or organization, we will only charge tax to the parents for the states of New Jersey and Georgia. The tax calculation will generate based off of the billing address of the purchaser and will appear upon check out. Tax will not be added in the product price prior to check out. What if there is a problem with an order?Report any defects to customer care within 30 days of receipt. If school or customer makes the error, they are responsible for the cost of remaking the products. Coordinator should report the problem to Square 1 Art after the customer returns the defective or broken item for verification. If S1A makes the error, we will gladly replace the product at no charge. |
