  • Label & organize art by class in the folders provided. The Coordinator's Checklist will guide you throughout the process.
  • Ship in art using the U.P.S. shipping label provided by Square 1 Art.
  • Student art will be returned with their custom catalog and will be stored in our database for future orders.

order phase

  • Creative marketing materials will be provided to promote your fundraiser effectively. Showcase eye catching sample products and posters in the front office, parent meetings, and the classroom.
  • Easily distribute the order catalogs that are pre-assembled by class/student in their very own clear plastic bag. Remember, every child receives their very own custom catalog and stickers printed with their name and artwork!
  • Collect parent orders and money! No tallying needed. Sort the order forms by class. Ship the orders using the U.P.S. label provided by Square 1 Art. No payment to Square 1 Art needed at this time.

  • While we are producing and preparing your quality custom products be on the look out for your itemized invoice via email or snail mail.
  • Email notifications from us make it easy to plan ahead for receipt of your final products.
  • Quality, custom products are delivered to the school organized by class/student for easy distribution!
